Marina Porec is an urban marina in the centre of Poreč-Parenzo, south of the town bay which is the most popular coastal town on the western coast of Istria. The town, particularly in summer, is a popular tourist attraction. The approach to the bay and port is unproblematic.
A light signal to the north-west approach makes it easy to reach even at night. For peaceful navigation and recreational sailing all year round, the conditions are ideal as it is a safe haven at all times. The capacity of Marina Porec is 120 berths, all with a supply of water and electricity. In the main office building in the southern part of the harbour, sanitary facilities with showers and toilets are situated. At the tiny mole north of the marina, the fuel station is situated. A variety of large shopping malls, a department store, a supermarket and other good shopping facilities are available. In the historic city of Porec, several restaurants, bars and cafés have opened. Euphrasius Basilica, which has become a UNESCO world heritage site, is also in Porec.
